Restoring a completed work order back to a Windows handheld device

1.    Open Inquest

2.    Open the work order recored to be restored.  See the help topic "Work Order Search" for details.

3.    Click the 'Reopen' button found on the 'Work Order' tab.

4.    Synchronize the handheld to complete the restore.

Note:

·         The work order must have a 'Status' of 'Complete' for the 'Reopen' button to be available.
