Installing Inquest

1.    Close any open program

·         If you are upgrading Inquest and this computer is used to synchronize Windows handheld devices; close the Inquest Remote Server

2.    Installing from CD

·         Insert the CD into the computers CD/DVD ROM drive

·         The install program will start automatically

·         Select the “Install Inquest” option

·         Click the OK button

·         Follow the onscreen instructions

·         When prompted for an installation serial number; enter the number found on the back of the CD envelope

3.    Install from the Internet

·         Go to http://www.technosoftinc.com/t/Updates and follow the instructions found their to install the latest version of Inquest

NOTE:

All computers that use Inquest of the Inquest Remote Server must have the same version installed.
