Instructions:
- You must have an active software and support subscription to install this update.
- Download the file SETUP.EXE by clicking the link above.
- Select the "Run" option to start the installation process.
- Follow the instructions of the installation program.
- Enter a valid install serial number when prompted by the installation program. Request an install serial number by logging a service request.
QuickBooks Data Sharing and Updating Inquest:
If you are using the QuickBooks data sharing feature and are upgrading from v9.3.8 or earlier; you will be required to reauthorize your data sharing with Inquest.
